The new Mayor of Wells, Cllr Louis Agabani, with young skaters from Wells. WAC is helping the mayor to raise funds to build a new skatepark for the city.

WAC feels strongly that art and culture are binding forces for communities. We encourage collaborations with local charities, particularly those that support wellbeing and mental health. Our partner charities for WAC 2025 are Wells Skatepark CIC, Thursday Threads, The Balsam Centre and Ark at Egwood. For 2025 we also welcome two interns from The Blue School, Wells.
