M. Pip Yeneralski - Lace Stone

£328.00

Air drying clay and moulding mesh

25 x 20 x 70 cm

The installation responds to the theme of time through repetition and traces of movement. The three separate pieces sit beside each other at staggered heights, like steps, suggesting the many footsteps taken through Wells Cathedral over centuries. This repeated form reflects how small actions can leave lasting marks. The lace-like surface suggests fragility, while the stone-like quality connects to endurance and the cathedral’s historic fabric. Together, the work considers how time is held in materials, and how human presence slowly changes a place.

Please note that delivery is not included in the price. Delivery costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The delivery method and payment will be arranged with Parker Harris after purchase, and Parker Harris will contact all buyers once their purchase is complete. Buyers will not receive the work until after the exhibition at Wells Cathedral closes on Saturday 7 November 2026. Works can be collected from Wells Cathedral on Sunday 8 or Monday 9 November 2026, 9.30 am–4.30 pm.
